At Allure Me The Meda Health Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service while respecting the time of every client and provider. To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly, we kindly ask that all clients review and adhere to the following policy.

Appointment Reservations

Appointments may require a valid credit or debit card to reserve your scheduled service. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that unexpected delays can happen.

• Clients who arrive up to 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may still receive their service if time permits.
• After 15 minutes from the original appointment start time, a $20 late arrival fee will be added to the cost of the service.
• Depending on the provider’s schedule, late arrivals may receive an abbreviated service to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments.
• If arriving excessively late makes it impossible to complete the service safely or professionally, the appointment may be considered a cancellation or no-show and the applicable fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• This policy allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show.

• No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• The no-show fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment before future appointments can be booked.

Right to Refuse Service

Allure Me The Meda Health Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client arrives excessively late, behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner, or fails to comply with spa policies.

By scheduling an appointment with Allure Me The Meda Health Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Appointment, Late Arrival, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy.
