After working in the hair care and beauty industry for 30 years, Dr. Antonia George continued her education by earning a degree in Trichology, then expanded into the wellness industry. Her years of experience behind the chair gave her a deeper understanding of the connection between hair, health, and overall well-being.
As a dedicated entrepreneur, Dr. George has successfully built and managed multiple businesses in both the beauty and wellness spaces. Her approach is rooted in education, client care, and offering practical solutions that support long-term results.
Today, she focuses on helping clients improve scalp and hair health while also promoting wellness from the inside out. With a calm, thoughtful presence and a commitment to continued learning, Dr. George brings a unique blend of experience, compassion, and professionalism to everything she does.

Randalyn Ladson
Founded by Randalyn in 2017, Allure Beyond Beauty began as a luxury cosmetic studio offering brow services, lash extensions, and microshading. Over time, Randalyn’s vision expanded beyond traditional beauty to focus on healing through art—leading Allure Beyond Beauty to specialize in paramedical tattooing, including 3D areola restoration and scar camouflage for breast cancer survivors and individuals with trauma-related scarring.
As the studio grew, so did Randalyn’s passion to serve those without access to these transformative services. This inspired the launch of her nonprofit, the Beyond the Scars Foundation—a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer survivors through free transportation to surgical appointments, education in paramedical tattooing, youth mentorship, wig donations, laser scar treatments, and access to critical recovery resources.
While Allure Beyond Beauty offers premium restorative tattoo services—often covered by insurance—Beyond the Scars Foundation provides the support, education, and funding to ensure these life-changing treatments are accessible to underserved communities.
Lisa Nappi
Experienced RN, Health coach, Certified Diabetes Educator, Certified senior fitness trainer with 20 years of experience. Proficient in understanding the new weight loss drugs and developing a comprehensive weight loss care plan. Have worked extensively with weight loss, Diabetes as a Certified Diabetic Educator covering psychosocial and pharmaceutical aspects of weight loss. Essence Jacobs is an accomplished spa industry executive with 10+ years of proven leadership in operations, team development, and luxury service management. A 2016 graduate of the prestigious Aveda Institute, she launched her career as a freelance makeup artist, quickly earning recognition for her artistry, professionalism, and ability to enhance natural beauty.
Her strong managerial background and passion for wellness positioned her as a standout leader in the industry. Today, as the Spa Director for Allure Me The Meda Health Spa, Essence Jacobs oversees strategic operations, brand development, and the delivery of elevated client experiences. Her vision drives the spa’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and holistic well‑being.
Dr. DeLon
Dr. DeLon Canterbury, PharmD, BCGP, is President/CEO of GeriatRx, Inc.
As a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, Dr. Canterbury has a vision to reduce over medication of senior adults by implementing medication action plans and drug screenings for geriatric patients in cooperation with patient’s providers. This novel approach of instituting personalized care improves patient satisfaction and wellness. He acknowledges that unsafe prescription medication practices significantly contribute to the cost of health care in an amount that exceeds $20 billion dollars annually. His efforts in executing Deprescribing protocols have saved families millions of dollars by preventing involuntary admissions to memory care facilities. Founder of the Deprescribing Accelerator, Dr. Canterbury trains prescribers, nurses and pharmacists in this innovative approach to holistic wellness for older adults. He envisions all pharmacists and senior care providers as “Deprescribing Advocates”, and coaches professionals on how to integrate, leverage, and monetize Deprescribing into clinical practice.

trained and certified Integrative Health Coach, and the founder of NRG-Coaching, PLLC in Durham, North Carolina. With more than 30 years of experience serving adults,
children, adolescents, and families, Natalie is known for blending seasoned clinical
expertise with genuine warmth, discernment, and a holistic understanding of wellness.
Her work is grounded in the conviction that meaningful healing honors both science and
spirit. Through a compassionate, evidence-based, and integrative approach, Natalie
helps clients navigate life’s complexities, strengthen resilience, and move toward what
she describes as self-actualization — living with clarity, purpose, and authenticity in the
present.
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at
Greensboro and her Master of Social Work from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
She is licensed by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board

Naresh Bharathy is a recent graduate of North Carolina Central University with a background in biology and interests in neuroscience, recovery, nutrition, and wellness. A former student-athlete, he is passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals. He is excited to bring his enthusiasm for holistic health and client care to the team at Allure Me The Meda Health Spa. He will also be competing on the professional circuit in tennis during his time here.

Lynette is results driven, her intention, to give a specialized therapeutic massage focused on stimulating and influencing an individual's overall well being. She is an also a licensed esthetician. Lynette believes in treating the whole person and her passion for wellness emanates from her. Lynette strives to be a part of healing her community through wellness education. As of 2026, she has been able to help our veterans with pain management. This has been a passion of hers for a decade.

Michaela Terrell is the founder and esthetician behind Heavenly Glow Aesthetics by MK, a luxury skincare and beauty brand focused on bringing confidence, glow, and self-care to every client who sits in her chair.
With a passion for beauty that started at a young age, Michaela has spent years building experience throughout the beauty and wellness industry through Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Clinique, Estée Lauder, Victoria’s Secret, European Wax Center, and healthcare experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her bubbly personality, uplifting energy, and love for helping others feel beautiful naturally shine through every service she provides.
Specializing in advanced glow treatments, hydrodermabrasion facials, dermaplaning, full body waxing, brow laminations, and customized skincare experiences, Michaela is dedicated to creating results driven treatments that leave clients glowing inside and out. Inspired by her parents’ journey as cancer survivors, she is especially passionate about maintaining a mindful, oncology conscious approach to skincare while creating a safe, welcoming space for all skin types, tones, and concerns.

Art has always been at the heart of everything I do. From a young age, I found joy in painting and creating, and after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Art, I discovered the perfect way to combine creativity with purpose: the beauty industry.
For the past 16 years, I’ve specialized in bridal beauty, hairstyling, makeup, permanent makeup, and skincare. My goal has never been to change how people look, it’s to enhance their natural beauty and help them feel more confident in their own skin.
Nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone leave my chair smiling, standing a little taller, and feeling like the very best version of themselves. That’s what inspires me every day.
